Project management

For our project , we have used trello which is an online project management. it is a list making which helps us to allocate all the tasks for the contruction of our project. The application consists of three lists. 
-A to do list where we define all the tasks for the project.
-A doing list where we can see all tasks that are in progress 
-Done list where we can put all the tasks that are done 
Trello has many more options like defining some deadlines or associating , t all the members of the group, to some colors. Trello helps us to manage easily tasks and to have a clear and better view of the project. 
In addition to trello, we have used facebook by creating a facebokk group where we can:
-communicate with the members of the group
-Share idéas for the development of our project 
-Set-up appontments to discuss or to build our project
